I made an order which I initially intended to pay via Apple Pay, this proceeded to show me an error message saying the payment failed. I then decided to set a Clearpay payment plan up and paid the first instalment.
Later when checking my online statement I noticed the Apple Pay payment was taken as well as the Clearpay instalment plan. This was obviously an annoyance to me but I understand mistakes happen so I proceeded to email them with my issue. This is where the one star review comes from, as since then I have sent three more emails and have not even received a response. They have charged me double for one product and can’t even be bothered to respond to me.
So currently I consider what they are doing is theft, which I know sounds dramatic but as they don’t know my financial situation and could have put me in financial difficulties.
Absolute disgrace! Husband ordered my Christmas gift which took 3 weeks so I got it mid Jan. I just ordered a valentines gift yesterday (10/02) with the next day valentines delivery. Advised this morning it "shouldn't take 3 weeks" but orders are taking 5 days to process. WHY OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY IF YOU CANNOT POSSIBLY HONOUR IT? Now, its too far through the process to cancel but I've been given the option of refusing delivery for a refund. Absolute shambles!!! So disappointed and left that I cannot order a replacement as there is only 1 working day remaining. Awful service with no respect for consumers!

Online gift delivery with no gift bags!!??? Never heard of that they can send the product but not the bag to gift the product with! Called customer services and they stated that due to covid they couldn't post the bags! Where is the logic? I specifically ordered online do due to covid and now they ask me to go into store and ask for bags! How unnecessary and inconvenient for the purchaser who ticked the gift wrap option of all 3 orders! Ridiculous. If Victoria Square in Belfast refuse to give them to me, I will return my order and never shop here again!
Well, finally only very lazy people do not talk about this I can name newly brand. First, I tried their perfumes at a Duty-Free shop in the Netherlands and it was the love from first sight. My favourite fragrance from that Jo Malone was and still - Basil and Neroli, of course, the brand has a lot of bright and memorable perfumes, there are unique one that is quite difficult to choose one, but probably this one is the most lovely for me. I should mention that the fragrance open at each person in a special way that is why it is really important to try parfumes before buy it.
Bought fragrances from Glasgow branch 2 x elderflowers. One for my daughter one for myself.
Does not last - sub standard product.
Worst part is I specifically asked if it was cruelty free and told yes.

Blatantly lied and mislead. In front of 3 staff members - and my daughter and I !
Don’t know why I gave brand a second chance - already had a lavender candle with no scent and burned uneven - 3 email photos later were ‘never received’ - never replaced, an no option to return please please avoid. There are better value and higher quality products out there with customer services that care.

I was previously an advocate for Jo Malone products and service. For the amount you spend I would expect a gift bag and nicely presented products. Instead my engraved candle gift was in bubble wrap and the matches in a separate piece of bubble wrap. Disappointing.
After my feedback Jo Malone contacted me to explain they had changed their packaging and thanked me for the feedback. Good that a company takes customer experience and satisfaction seriously.
Ordered 26/01, waited 10 days as had not received a dispatch notification so rang up, was told the order had been lost?! I was then told they would send the order out on ‘express delivery’ and I would receive it on 11/02 (as it is my Mum’s birthday 13/02) and I would receive a tracking number for this. It is now 12/02, no parcel received, rang up again and have been told it has only been dispatched 11/02 so would not arrive in time for my Mum’s birthday 13/02. It has been 18 days since I ordered the item. I spoke to an advisor again today and she has processed a refund and advised the item should arrive next week. I would warn people not to order from Jo Malone at the moment if it is a gift because there is no guarantee it will arrive or that you will get update emails unless you ring up.

Had an issue with a product. Customer service sorted it straight out and were very helpful. Good experience.
Always been a fan and love the perfumes, however I ordered gifts before Christmas, they were in stock, money taken and gifts arrived some 2 weeks later. Only 3 out of the 5 items ordered were delivered, 5 gift bags in the parcel and a delivery note stating the 5 items should be enclosed. On checking only 3 items were there. Called customer services and managed to get through after 45 minutes of holding to be told they were out of stock. Why the hell would you put 5 gifts bags and a delivery note showing 5 items enclosed. I am now on 3rd February, some 6weeks later, and still awaiting a refund for the items. I have chased via email on 3 occasion and now just rang to be told, "o yes we have tried to refund but it failed!" why, o why did you not return notification via email or phone to advise your customer as you have a case number. Shocking customer service - JO MALONE you have seriously let yourself down!!
Agree with last few reviewers. Ordered 30/12/20 for a special birthday. Or we still not arrived, no dispatch so not hopeful of when it will arrive.
Not had a response from email...day 4. Ridiculous for such a large company. They shouldn’t be taking payment until dispatch. Haves general note on we sure about courier problems but YOU should be contacting customer DIRECT. Will ever order from JM again
First of all, shipping was pretty fast about 1 week. The bottle was packaged very well and I even received a small sample-sized bottle which was a nice surprise.
I love their scents because they're not super fruity and can be worn for most occasions. I'm really satisfied with the service and I'm definitely going to order from Jo Malone again. 10/10 for me.
I cant believe that this is their customer service. I was greeted by someone answering the phone saying "hold on, hold on". I am in absolute shock that such a "prestigious" company is running this type of customer service. I will never order directly from them. I would rather deal with Nordstrom than go through jo malone ever again. DO NOT BUY DIRECT!
